The degree to which you accept yourself and can forgive yourself will be the measure of what you can truly offer to others in terms of accepting them, with healthy boundaries, and forgiving others. People do hurt and disappoint each other. With healthy boundaries you can know when to work it out or when to let someone go. This world needs each us of us to be more kind to ourselves, to each other, and to all species on this Earth and to the planet itself.
