The Touchstone Coaching Services Web Site (the “Site”) hosted on ajmahari.ca is an online information service provided by Touchstone Coaching Services (“Touchstone Coaching Services “), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE. Touchstone Coaching Services MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE SITE. Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions
The entire contents of the Site (ajmahari.ca) are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The owner of the copyrights and trademarks are Touchstone Coaching Services, its affiliates or other third party licensors. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY MANNER, THE MATERIAL ON THE SITE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE AND/OR SOFTWARE. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials. You agree to grant to Touchstone Coaching Services a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, with the right to sub-license, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information (including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or improved products and services) you submit to any public areas of the Site (such as bulletin boards, forums and newsgroups) or by e-mail to Touchstone Coaching Services by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed. Mahari reserve to right to deny services (even after paid for which are non-refundable) in the case of any verbal abuse, and/or harassment, or defamation of Touchstone Coaching Services and/or A.J. Mahari.

Touchstone Coaching Services, products, or content referenced herein or on the Site are the exclusive trademarks or servicemarks of Touchstone Coaching Services and A.J. Mahari. No copyright infringement is acceptable. No permission to use any material from sessions or Ebooks, Audios, Videos or Courses in any public way is granted. Other product and company names mentioned in the Site may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

Use of the Site
You understand that, except for information, products or services clearly identified as being supplied by Touchstone Coaching Services, Touchstone Coaching Services does not operate, control or endorse any information, products or services on the Internet in any way. Except for Touchstone Coaching Services- identified information, products or services, all information, products and services offered through the Site or on the Internet generally are offered by third parties, that are not affiliated with Touchstone Coaching Services a. You also understand that Touchstone Coaching Services cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site (ajmahari.com) or ajmahari.ca will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. TOUCHSONTE COACHING SERVICES AND A.J. MAHARI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECLINE SERVICES WITHOUT REFUND AS PER OUR NO REFUND POLICY TO ANYONE WHO AFTER PURCHASING COACHING SERVICES DEFAMES, “SMEARS” OR IS IN ANYWAY ABUSIVE USING ANY MEDIUM TO ABUSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EMAIL, TEXT, OR PHONE. BECAUSE SOME PROVINCES OR STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Touchstone Coaching Services makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through this one or which may link to this Site. When you access a non-Touchstone Coaching Services web site, (ajmahari.ca) please understand that it is independent from Touchstone Coaching Services, and that Touchstone Coaching Services has no control over the content on that web site. In addition, a link to a Touchstone Coaching Services web site (ajmahari.ca, ajmahari.com, ajmahari.co, and others) does not mean that Touchstone Coaching Services endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such web site.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Touchstone Coaching Services, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service.

Third Party Rights
The provisions of paragraphs 2 (Use of the Service), and 3 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of Touchstone Coaching Services and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Service. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.

Term; Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights) and 6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement. Termination of any agreement for services or products will not include any refund in accordance with our NO REFUND POLICY.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Canada. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Touchstone Life Coaching Services and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Canada. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Touchstone Coaching Services’ failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Touchstone Coaching Services may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

By accessing Touchstone Coaching Services with A.J. Mahari and consenting to any influence into your life in anyway by A.J. Mahari you are giving your agreement to this terms of service disclaimer. You agree to release A.J. Mahari from any and all liability. You agree to assume 100% responsibility and liability and to not bring or cause any form of litigation or defamation against A.J. Mahari. Touchstone Coaching Services and A.J. Mahari do not make any guarantees or claims as to results and there are no refunds on any life coaching service(s). A.J. Mahari has fairly and accurately represented herself as a Trauma Recovery Coach whose expertise is based upon her own life experience, research, education and professional experience.
As a Trauma Recovery Coach and a Life Coach A.J. Mahari cannot respond to any suicidal/homicidal threats/behaviour, self-harm, para-suicidal crisis or crisis or emergency of any other kind. If you are in crisis or at any risk it is your responsibility, not the responsibility of A.J. Mahari, to get in immediate contact with your therapist and/or doctor and/or go to the emergency department of your nearest hospital to seek immediate professional help.
A.J. Mahari reserves the right to refuse service or the continuation of service – including services paid for – to anyone at anytime when it is deemed that continuing the Coach/Client relationship is not ethically in the best interests of either the client and/or A.J. Mahari. In the event of any client, even after purchasing a session or sessions with whom A.J. Mahari may not have yet scheduled who is abusive A.J. Mahari reserves the right to not provide her services and no refund shall be given. All purchased Coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Individual experience and results of Coaching Services will vary depending on the nature of the client concerns and whether or not the client takes personal responsibility to engage the experience, feedback, and process of A.J. Mahari or not. Therefore, Touchstone Coaching Services and A.J. Mahari cannot be held liable in any case whatsoever where a client claims that they did not attain any given specified or expected result from accessing said services. Touchstone Coaching Services are confidential. No personal information or history is shared with anyone. The only exception (EXCEPTION A) to this is in the case of threats that a client may make against him/herself or someone else and in the case of any disclosed child abuse. In these cases and only where there is a duty to report what may be illegal activity would confidentiality be waived. Touchstone Life Coaching Services and A.J. Mahari do not share any personal information, email addresses, or telephone numbers with anyone ever outside of Exception A.
All services and product purchase from Touchstone Coaching Services and/or A.J. Mahari are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you purchase your Session or Sessions via this site’s PayPal Button, you will get a receipt from PayPal which serves as your receipt from Touchstone Coaching Services.
If you are Canadian in Canada offered Sessions(s) purchases in Canadian Dollars via Interac you will receive a receipt of any payment made via Inteac from your bank. That receipt also will serve as your receipt from Touchstone Coaching Services. All session purchase are non-refundable.
